Rothman’s Quarterly Update Q2 2022

Hi everyone,

I plan on creating a quarterly update that should give a comprehensive view of what’s happened in the last quarter and what I expect to be happening in the foreseeable future.

For now, this will be a quick communication, although I always seem to say that and it’s never quite as terse as I imagined it would be.

Since last we “talked” several things have happened and are underway.

A status update:

Multiverse

  • The English version of Multiverse is out, and I almost never discount my book prices, but to churn up the initial reader set, I’ve temporarily discounted this book from $6.99 to $0.99.So, if you’re interested, go ahead and click here for more information. The price will go back up to $6.99 on Sunday.
  • Audio: Audio for this is complete and should appear at any moment on the website.
  • German: This book will also be translated into German, and eventually in French. The German retail site is available for pre-order at this link.
New books released!

The Swamp

  • I put the finishing touches on Book 4 of the Levi Yoder series and it’s a wrap. If you haven’t purchased it yet, and are interested, then click here.
  • Audio: The audio narration is also complete and you can get it here.
  • German: The translation is complete for the German version and can be purchased here.

Time Trials (German)

  • The German version of Time Trials has been released and can be found here.
  • Audio: has also been released and can be found here.
Available for pre-order

Time Trials: Rise of the Administrator (English)

  • This is a short story (roughly 100 pages) that acts as a prequel to the larger novel named Time Trials. If you’re interested, click here.

Time Trials (English)

  • The English version is available for pre-order here.
DragonCon!

I was at DragonCon which is a large Science Fiction and Fantasy convention held in Atlanta. Evidently upwards of 80-100,000 people attend. It’s a bit crazy.

Here are a few picture that you might find entertaining:

As you can see, it was a huge variety of people of all ages enjoying themselves. No, I didn’t dress up – I’m too stuffy for that, but it was fun watching.

As always, I hope everyone is doing well, and as the warmth of summer is upon us (for the northern hemisphere) I hope you guys have a good and healthy change of seasons. And for those down under, bundle up, it can get chilly out there. ????

Dad joke(s) and funny observations of the day... ????????????

The Tibetan Sand Fox carries the same resting expression as my wife who just heard my latest joke.

I need to go on a diet, because those snakes looked like doughnuts at first.

As always, it’s okay to groan with pain – my humor sometimes leaves a bit to be desired. ????

Anyway, I hope everyone stays safe and healthy.

All my best,

Mike
