This is a dipping sauce that I make which tastes identical to the one made famous by Benihana Japanese Steakhouse and often-times used for shrimp but lots of people like to put it on everything. 😉

Ok, this is about as easy as it gets, and is very popular with those who like this type of dressing. Also I would note it contains no dairy, so it is fairly friendly for those with certain dietary restrictions.

I’ve had lots of terrible guacamole. What is sad is that it is really easy to make great guacamole. This is what I do.

One of my favorite squashes – even my kids love it when I make these.

Yes, we are all familiar with tomato salsa.
Despite what your next door neighbor might say, tomatoes are fruits. Salsa can be made from any kind of fruit with similar textures.
My oldest absolutely loves cantaloupes, so this was something that ended up a favorite. The firm fruit can be replaced with other similar texture fruits like mango, etc.

Yes – it’s the same treat we’re used to seeing in a popular chain restaurant in the US (Outback). I found this clone recipe a long time ago, jotted it down, and has been in my favorites ever since…
